Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 5 hours before your scheduled ride time. A lesson involves much more preparation than just meeting you at the arena. We work hard to ensure your horse will be available and ready for you. Late cancellations can cost us hours of time. If you need to cancel your lesson please contact your instructor ASAP by phone or text to let them know. ​Clients with a history of cancelling the lesson less than 5 hrs before their scheduled ride time may be subject to a $5 surcharge for future lessons.
